Delightful December

Monday, December 21st, 2009

Happy Christmas from The Vintage Team! What a fantastic month it has been so far and with three days to go before Christmas this will be our final blog for 2009.

Over December we have had the pleasure of setting up beautiful flower arrangements for a range of Sussex venues, including Ockenden Manor, Buxted Park, Handcross School and the Kings church in Eastbourne to mention but a few. It has been so fantastic to be part of so many different events.

Each one has been very different but all very beautiful and wintery. The Ockenden suite looked very grand with our silver candelabras, as did the hall at Handcross school. With the tables set in a banqueting style it looked almost Harry Potterish. The Orangery at Buxted was filled with candle light, with shabby chic displays and the large dramatic arrangements on the stage of the Kings church certainly made a statement. It has been really wonderful to of worked on so many different projects and we would like to thank all of our clients for working with us throughout 2009.

2010 looks to be a very busy year once again and we really look forward to getting stuck in, in the New Year.

But for now we will be closing from the 22nd of December through to the 4th January. So it just leaves me to say on behalf of The Vintage Flower House team we would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a fantastic New Year.
